Ocean County – If you’ve watched the TV show “What Not to Wear” and wondered what a ‘new you’ could look like; we’ve got news for you! Enter Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey’s (CVCJ’s) Spring Fling Makeover Contest and let our experts teach you what to wear and win a full makeover valued at over $1,000!

The fabulous prize package includes a full style make-over and fashions from TULA, the Boutique of Shrewsbury; creative cut, color and hair styling by The Style Lounge, Toms River; skin care and make-up consultation and application by Arbonne artist, Heather Riccardi; original jewelry pairings to compliment your new look from Patti’s Pretties Unique Jewelry, Jackson. Contest winner is also invited to reveal their ‘new look’ to family and friends at the CVCJ Women of Distinction Fashion Show and Gift Auction on June 23rd at the Quality Inn in Toms River.

Entry fee of $10.00 each to CVCJ enters you into the contest open now through runs through May 5, 2011. There is no limit to the number of entries per person. The winner drawn at random on May 6th, from all entries received. All entries must be brought or mailed to the CVCJ office, 253 Chestnut St., Toms River, NJ 08753. CVCJ is a non-profit interfaith agency whose mission is to assist the frail and homebound elderly with everyday tasks enabling them to remain independent in their own homes. All services provided are free. Over 1000 volunteers assist more than 2000 senior citizens each month with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, relief for Alzheimer’s disease caregivers, reassuring telephone calls, friendly/pet visits.
