Spring Fever? Play Golf!

Ocean County - March 26, 2010 -The 10th Annual Caring Classic Golf Outing, benefiting Caregiver Volunteers of Central Jersey (CVJ) is scheduled for Monday, May 10th at the  Eagle Ridge Golf Club, Lakewood.  Registration and lunch begins at noon, shot-gun start at 1:30, followed by dinner awards and prizes at 5:30.

“It’s been a long snowy winter and we know there are many golfers just itching to get out onto the course and have a wonderful round of golf” said event co-chair Don Johansen of Harrogate Life Care Community in Lakewood.  “An afternoon or golf, friends, and knowing you are supporting an organization committed to helping the frail and elderly is a winning combination” added Trish Mazejy of Bartley Healthcare, Jackson, event co-chair.  In addition to play on the championship 27-hole golf course, participants will be treated to a delicious lunch, buffet dinner, and an open bar.  “We also will have outstanding prizes and former NFL players on hand to join in the fun”, said Judi Dawson, Director of Development for CVCJ.
